When we surrender He takes us away
Close to His heart and there we will stay
When we surrender we are under His wings
Away from all harm and terrible things

When we surrender He makes us new
There is nothing left to soil Gods view
He sees us as He sees His son
Beautiful lovely His adored one

When we truly surrender there is nothing at all
That will cause us to stumble cause us to fall
Many don’t know He takes us away
To His spiritual place and there we stay

Where we are safe and secure in Him
We love Him so much we can’t hurt Him with sin
When we surrender He takes us away
Close to His heart and there we will stay
